1. Sponsor
The Gravitt Digital Website Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Gravitt Digital LLC, a Colorado limited liability company based in Colorado Springs, Colorado ("Sponsor"). Questions: hello@gravittdigital.com.
2. Giveaway period
The Giveaway starts on October 11, 2026, and ends on November 14, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official clock.
3. Who can enter
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older when they enter and who own or operate a small business, or plan to launch one. Sponsor's owner and employees, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to enter
Subscribe to The Automated Owner, Sponsor's free email newsletter, at gravittdigital.beehiiv.com/subscribe during the Giveaway Period. Subscribing is free and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Anyone already subscribed when the Giveaway starts is entered automatically.
- Limit one entry per person and one per email address. Extra email addresses do not earn extra entries.
- You must still be subscribed when the drawing happens to stay eligible.
- Sharing, liking, commenting on or tagging people in Sponsor's social media posts is welcome but is not required and does not earn extra entries.
Entries made with automated tools, fake or temporary email addresses, or by anyone trying to get around these rules will be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) winner receives:
- A Gravitt Digital Starter website: a one-page site with two rounds of revisions, a security certificate and domain connection (normally $299).
- 12 months of hosting and care for that site, starting the day the site goes live (normally $29 a month, $348 a year).
Approximate retail value: $647.
The prize does not include a domain name. The winner can use a domain they already own, or Sponsor can register one in the winner's name at cost, paid by the winner. The site is built from the information and photos the winner provides, follows Sponsor's Terms of Service, and does not include online store, payment or health-information features. The winner may upgrade to a Pro site by paying the difference in setup and hosting.
After the free 12 months, hosting continues only if the winner chooses to keep it at Sponsor's regular rate. Nothing is charged automatically. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The winner should start the site build within 60 days of being confirmed, or the prize may be forfeited.
6. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Drawing and notification
On or about November 15, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one winner from all eligible entries. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address they subscribed with and must reply within 48 hours to confirm eligibility and accept the prize. If the potential winner does not reply in time, is not eligible or does not follow these rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random. Sponsor plans to announce the winner on November 18, 2026.
8. Taxes
The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize. Because the prize value is over $600, the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before receiving the prize, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 as required by law.
9. Publicity
Unless prohibited by law, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner's first name, business name, city and state, and the finished website (including before-and-after images) to announce the winner and to promote Gravitt Digital, without additional payment. Sponsor will ask before using the winner's photo or anything beyond this.
10. General conditions
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or acts in a fraudulent or disruptive way. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of a technical problem, fraud or anything else outside Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, change or suspend it and, if canceled, may award the prize from eligible entries received before the problem.
11. Release and limits of liability
To the extent allowed by law, by entering you release Sponsor from any claims arising from your participation in the Giveaway or your acceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or emails, or for technical failures of any kind.
12. Privacy
Entry information is collected by Sponsor and handled under Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Your email address is used to send The Automated Owner and to contact you if you win. Sponsor does not sell your information.
13. Governing law
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
14. Winner's name
To get the winner's name after November 18, 2026, email hello@gravittdigital.com by December 31, 2026, with the subject line "Giveaway winner."
15. Not affiliated with Facebook or other platforms
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn or beehiiv. By entering, you release those platforms from any liability connected to the Giveaway.
